This policy is to assist in maintaining our mission: to glorify the Lord through a peaceful garden to honor and memorialize those lost through abortion, miscarriage, and stillbirth.

You can help us achieve this worthy purpose by observing the following:

  • We reserve the right to remove any items that are not a part of the existing landscape and design. The Sacramento Memorial Garden is not responsible for the upkeep of said items upon removal. We have a full-time grounds crew responsible for the ground maintenance and, at their discretion, may remove things left on the garden grounds. For your safety, we ask that you not perform any grounds maintenance yourself or retain others to perform it on your behalf. The planting or altering of any area of any garden is not permitted.
  • Potted plants, stands, glass containers, balloons, figurines, other breakable material, wire hooks, rocks, urns, and other similar objects are not permitted unless otherwise stated in this policy. Please be aware fragile and/or foreign items pose a hazard to visitors, our maintenance crew, and their equipment.
  • Any permanent and/or semi-permanent items affixed to the engravings will be pulled and discarded immediately and without notice. We are not liable for any damages during the removal of said unauthorized items.
Thank you for abiding by our policy. We pray your visit is comforting and peaceful.
